为回应您的定制需求，我们收集您主动填写的姓名、联系方式、目的地、日期、选填的航班号、人数、预算、所选服务和备注。提交前请勿在备注中填写证件号码、健康信息或其他敏感资料。

本网站及订单数据库由 Replit 托管，数据可能在中国大陆以外处理。公司在越南的员工会按工作权限访问订单，用于沟通、报价和安排服务。

提交订单后，订单编号、提交时间、姓名、联系方式、目的地、日期、人数、全部所选项目、预算、备注及受保护的后台链接会通过 Telegram Bot API 发送至本公司的“繁花会接单群”，由授权员工接收。Telegram 是境外服务，请在同意此处理方式后提交。通知失败时订单仍会保存并等待重试。

未成交询价保留 28 天；成交订单按履约及适用法律要求保留。员工不得将订单用于无关目的。您可通过上述邮箱申请查询、更正、撤回同意或删除；撤回不影响之前基于同意进行的处理。撤回后可能无法继续安排服务。Telegram 消息及备份的清理需由授权管理员配合处理。

网站在您的设备上保存语言、字号及不含姓名、联系方式、航班号和备注的行程草稿。管理员页面受权限保护，客户报价和文件不包含内部成本、利润及员工备注。

We use the name, contact details, destinations, dates, optional flight numbers, party size, budget, chosen services and notes you submit to respond, quote and arrange your trip. Please do not enter identity documents, health details or other sensitive information.

Replit hosts the website and order database; processing may take place outside mainland China. Our own employees in Vietnam access orders according to their work permissions.

By submitting, you consent to these processing arrangements, including sending your order number, submission time, name, contact details, destinations, dates, party size, all chosen services, budget, notes and protected admin link through the Telegram Bot API to our staff group “繁花会接单群”. Telegram is an overseas service. Orders remain saved if notification delivery fails.

Unconverted inquiries are retained for 28 days. Confirmed bookings are retained as needed to fulfil the service and meet applicable legal requirements. Contact us to access, correct or delete data, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal may prevent further service and does not affect prior processing. Authorized administrators coordinate removal from Telegram messages and backups.

Local preferences and trip drafts exclude your name, contact details, flight numbers and notes. Admin access is restricted; customer quotations and PDFs exclude internal costs, margins and staff notes.
